This is progressing well- tags were just pushed live for June. 
However there is some refactoring required to achieve full tag-based entity search-- this involves the creation of a tag in the appeal view, the population of a dropdown with async fetch, and returning an acceptable list of pre-sorted ICD/CPT codes.
It's not complicated, we just want to get it right. Marking for June.

This creates an optimal user experience where conditions and treatments can be searched and appended more intuitively. Planning to discover, design, and develop in April, then release in May.
