Website Redesign to involve conversion to minimum pages required as opposed to as many pages needed, simplifying with page routing (e.g. /terms/ not terms.html), and creating a post-mvp, enterprise-ready experience.

With the current product, users can easily enter multiple service and treatment codes or descriptions, as well as corresponding conditions, in comma delimited form. However, some users have expressed a desire for the ability to paste in multiple codes and descriptions at once, along with their associated dates of service. To address this, we are considering implementing a new functionality that allows users to input codes or descriptions and dates of service using an explicit notation or tooltip. This feature may also include a textarea with a notation/tooltip, or the ability to upload a CSV file via FlatFile. With these enhancements, users will have even more flexibility to input their denied service code and date information in a way that is intuitive and efficient.

Upon creating your account, Practice Specialty Profiles are preset to guide our advanced GPT-4 model along a distinct path for each appeal generation. The result? Appeals which are crafted with real-time, specialty-specific context, reflecting the insights and expertise of a specialist in the field.

Implementing user history UI using API logging work so that users can see their historical appeals/auths and can re-export to PDF at any time. This prevents loss of letter (LoL) or any possible metadata loss by storing model response in server before returning to user.
